With the city being an emerging hub on a global scale, local companies will undoubtedly seize the opportunity to conclude greater number of outsourcing deals due to the wide-spread demand for reducing IT expenditures.
When introducing Lviv specialties, Intellias CEO mentioned vast pool of available resources for software development (incl. 1300 annual graduates), mature outsourcing market (second only to Kiev) and international spirit of the city.
