Redmond (WA) - Microsoft"s servers are experiencing technical problems today and millions of Hotmail and Xbox Live servers were unable to log in as of 12 noon today. Microsoft says this is a world-wide outage and is investigating the cause. Thank god we use Gmail here. AP via Google.

BenQ recently announced two of its 19" LCD monitors, DP93GX+ and DP93GS, have received Windows Vista Basic certification. BenQ expects its 22" widescreen (FP222WH) and 24" widescreen (FP241VW) monitors to also meet the requirements of Microsoft"s Vista Premium in mid-November, the company said.
