NAND Flash contract prices see first upside in 2006.

NAND flash contract prices are no longer plummeting, it seems, with mainstream NAND, with the exception of 2 Gbit parts, now trending up, according to the latest update. DRAMeXchange sees this as a reflection of previous price rises by leading makers Samsung Electronics and Hynix Semiconductor.
