PSC to triple DDR2 output in Q2 06.

Powerchip Semiconductor Corporation (PSC) general manager Brian Shieh expects the company to triple its output of DDR2 in the second quarter, with its proportion of production climbing to 50-60% in late second quarter. Frank Huang, PSC chairman, also anticipates that the price of DDR2 should pick up in 2006, with the ASP of 512 Mbit DDR2 edging to $5.
