Presse Expands Its Reach with Celerant Technology

Celerant Provides Presse with Integrated POS and E-Commerce Capabilities STATEN ISLAND, NY, November 02, 2008 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Celerant Technology, a leader in the retail software industry, recently implemented their complete, real-time software with high-end women"s fashion boutique, Presse (www.presseboutique.com). The boutique is owned by fashion editors, turned owners, Zoe Schaeffer and Renee Klein. After integrating all aspects of their retail operation, including the front and back ends, they recently launched an entirely new, integrated website. The site is complete with images and descriptions of the newest and most desired fashions, in addition to videos and information on popular or up-incoming designers. "The Presse boutique exhibits a modern style and sophisticated ambiance that is displayed via the look and feel of the Presse website" said Celerant Technology President and CEO, Ian Goldman. "Our team of web designers works continuously with Zoe and Renee to bring the same sense of fashion and modernity of the clothes they sell, into their site. By combining the contemporary look of the site with advanced functionality, the Presse website is able to appeal to a wide market of consumers and fashion experts, alike." Providing a complete solution for multichannel retail organizations, Celerant"s in-house web developers work with retailers to create custom site layouts that may be continuously refreshed. Design features such as banner and splash images, text, videos and blogs can be added and updated, enabling the sites to technically and creatively stand out on the web. "Our new e-commerce site, built by Celerant, will allow us to provide our fashions to women all over the world," stated Zoe Schaeffer, Co-Owner of Presse. "There will always be people who want the tactile experiences—seeing and touching and feeling. But in terms of the majority of shoppers out there, online is their access." Presse began as a fashion forward Los Angeles boutique and continued to gain popularity as a major retailer of luxury brands and exclusive fashions. The introduction of www.presseboutique.com, a website with all of the look and feel of the retail location, goes beyond the physical store to reach a larger, global audience.
