Rambus patent claims against Infineon dismissed.

US federal judge dismissed the patent infringement claims filed by Rambus against German memory chipmaker Infineon Technologies, the companies said Tuesday. After the decision, Rambus shares dropped more than 10 percent in after-hours trading on Inet. (news.com)
