Samsung adopts ARM technology for Blu-ray player.

ARM on September 6 announced that Samsung Electronics has licensed ARM Jazelle software technology for deployment in the Samsung BD-P1000 Blu-ray Disc (BD) player. Prices for DRAM and NAND flash both enjoy moderate growth.
Although the increase in DRAM spot pricing slowed in the week from July 26 to August 1, overall pricing still rose within a 2% range, while in the NAND flash segment, all segments drew attention, with 2Gbit parts enjoying the greatest price increase at 5.5% last week.
